Durban Charter Association is situated in the Durban Marina (next to Café Fish) at the Victoria Embankment of the Durban Harbour, the biggest harbour in Africa and the gateway to this magnificent continent. They have a wide variety of Charter Boats available for Educational Tours of the Durban Harbour, Whale and Dolphin Viewing, Sport Fishing, Booze Cruises, Romantic Sunset Cruises, Conference Meetings, Christmas Parties, Sailing Trips, or a General "Day Out".

There is the Simunye for a 45 minute bay cruise that leaves the harbour approximately every hour.

Or the larger charters, Swiss Roll, Aqua nymph, Lady Dawn, Big Whisky, Gratuity, Timone, Missbhave, and the more luxurious yachts, African Queen, Allure, Asra, Lynski, Hakuna Matata, Da Boss, Firewalker, Mallard Cat for exhilarating fun cruises for sight seeing and off-shore bay cruises, whale and dolphin watching, deep sea game, reef, shark and bill fishing or corporate team building and private charters, weddings, parties, meetings.

Fun cruises and sight-seeing tours are approximately 2 hours in duration and for other functions the charters are available from ETD 06:30 - ETA 14:00. Some of the cruises offer catering, braai facilities and a cash bar. The Hakuna Matata, has an excellent sound system.
