Amatikulu Tented Camp

In the midst of the Tugela and Amatikulu River mouths, on the Indian Ocean coastline in the Northern KwaZulu-Natal, is Amatikulu Nature Reserve. Here at this lovely and tranquil seaside oasis, visitors can be lucky enough to spot wildlife feeding on the forested dunescape overlooking the ocean.

The forested grasslands and rivers invite many intriguing bird life, including the scarce African Finfoot as well as the resident giraffes, zebra, water buck and smaller antelope herds that graze in the reserve.
