My niece and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Manaar House and wished that we could have extended our time there. Nothing comes to mind that could have further improved our accommodation, food and area information support etc. we received from management whilst there.

We really enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse and everybody was friendly and we received the best service from the guesthouse owners and the staff. We would recommend anyone to stay at the guesthouse.

Very pleasant stay in Umhlanga in 11 Wedgwood Terrace (same owner as Manaar house). Clean, modern and spacious appartment. Very good ratio quality / price!
We will go back for sure!

Great hosts that picked me up from the Airport and took me to the weding venue with no fuss at all. The room was perfect for the night with the bigest bathroom. After a long night the breakfast the next morning wa delicious. Cant remember the dogs name but what a cutie.

The room was great and nice decorated. The huge dog of the owners is "free roaming" and caused a "massiv" problem on my last morning, the dog poohed all over the place and I had to take my breakfast at Mugg&Bean at a closed by centre.....not really nice experience. I was contacted by the owners and we agreed on a night free accommodation at my next trip in February 2010.
One little recommendation: Breakfast should have the possibility to be served inside, there are some chilly mornings (16C) in Durban.
