The apartment was neat however it was evident that it was a "rushed job" when doing the reburbishment as the finish was poor. The cornicing was pulling away from the wall in places, the curtains did not slide easily as the rings were too small for the poles, and paint was used to mask things. The crockery and cutlery were made up from different sets. The floors were not cleaned properly when we arrived and were not cleaned throughout our stay.
It would also be useful to provide a couple of toilet rolls, dishwashing liquid and clothes as these are not items international travellers expect to buy when checking in. (We had this at other accomodation in Hluhluwe)
The instructions for the key collect were good. Security in the complex was good but the pedestrian access might need to be reviewed as you could enter the gate without using the fob. The complex amenities were good; club house, washing machines etc. and the location was good with easy access to the beach and shops.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.
