Ben Siesta

Ben Siesta is located directly across the road from the main bathing beach / Bronze Beach in Umhlanga Rocks.

This luxury self catering, 4 star graded apartment, consists of a lounge, dining area and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has three double bedrooms with a full main en suite bathroom. There is an additional bathroom and toilet. The apartment accommodates six people. There is a king-size size bed (or 2 X Twin Beds on request) in the main bedroom and two single beds in each of the other two double bedrooms. Quality linen and towels are provided.

Off the lounge and the master bedroom are sliding doors which lead onto a large sun drenched patio with breaker views of the sea. Relish the ambience of the surroundings as you relax on the patio whilst enjoying your sundowners.

The kitchen is fully functional, with granite-topped counters, a microwave oven, under counter oven and hob, dish washer, washing machine and dryer. Enjoy the entertainment offered by satellite TV as well as a DVD player. Wi-Fi internet access is also available in the apartment. The apartment is air conditioned, and there is also a ceiling fan fitted in the lounge.

A laundry and ironing services can be done for you at a nominal cost. The apartment is serviced on a daily basis, except on Sundays and public holidays. A Weber braai (barbeque) may be set up on the patio or beside the swimming pool. The stunning swimming pool, located in a well-groomed garden, is available for the exclusive use of our guests. Lie by the pool soak in the sun! Secure parking is provided for our guests' vehicles.

Ben Siesta is very close to the Umhlanga village. Various hotels in the immediate environs offer ten pin bowling, game arcades etc. There are several family and upmarket restaurants within walking distance of the apartment, where you can sample the local cuisine.

Ben Siesta contains several options for holiday activities. The apartment is just a five minute drive from Gateway, the largest shopping complex in the Southern Hemisphere! At Ben Siesta, you are just a twenty-minute drive from Durban and the International Conference Centre.

The new King Shaka International Airport is a 15 minute drive from Umhlanga Rocks. Enjoy delicacies at fine restaurants in the village or unwind at Gateway Shopping Centre. A private state-of-the-art hospital is a five-minute drive away. You may also enjoy the facilities offered by several world class golf courses in the immediate vicinity.
