10th Avenue, Morningside

10th Avenue is a self-catering simplex in the quiet, upmarket suburb of Morningside that sleeps 6. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is en-suite, with bath and shower, and boasts an extra-length queen-sized bed. The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds. The lounge/dining room/ kitchen are open-plan and airy.

The simplex is situated in a small, walled, private garden, and also has an enclosed courtyard. Everything except towels are provided: washing machine and kitchen utensils, linen, DSTV. There is ducted air-conditioning throughout to help our visitors enjoy our humid Durban summers! There is a lock-up garage and locked parking for one other car.

This newly-decorated simplex will suit the businessman who needs the proximity of the City, yet wants somewhere quiet to relax after hours, or the more discerning family that wishes to be close to all that Durban offers, while still maintaining privacy and peace.

10th Avenue is within walking distance of shops, coffee bars and restaurants (1km from fashionable Florida Road) and Greyville Racecourse, and is a short drive from all of Durban's other attractions. The ABSA stadium, Kingsmead, Moses Mabhida Stadium, the beach front and casino, not to mention the nearby malls.
