Woodridge Country Estate is situated in the KwaZulu Natal Midlands, Balgowan Valley. A four star country-style retreat for the nature lover who desires, fine food, fine wines and a chance to rejuvenate body, mind and soul. Winner 2004 AA Award: SA's Best Country Retreat.

Woodridge Country Estate accommodation consists of 5 Family Garden Cottages and 10 Luxury suites including a spacious and romantic honeymoon suite which boasts its own private pool. All rooms are en-suite with separate bath and shower.

Accommodation in the form of 10 Luxury rooms all have access to a swimming pool and rooms are equipped with heaters, hairdryers, TV's (with MNET, and 1 DSTV Channel), electric blankets, herbal bath and body products for our on site soap shop as well as tea/coffee making facilities with homemade biscuits.

Woodridge Country Estate is a relaxing getaway destination that provides the opportunity for you to relax and enjoy the privacy of a heated Jacuzzi.

Woodridge is also the premier Natal midlands country wedding venue, specializing in exquisite food and superior service for up to 180 people.

The Woodridge chapel is a beautiful glass and thatch building with a breathtaking view of the Balgowan Valley. The Chapel can seat up to 120 people and can be used for christenings, renewing your vows, functions and launches.

Personal service and catering for the individual client requirements is our forte.

Woodridge Country Estate as a plus also offers conference facilities in unique surroundings. Function Packages are specifically tailored to accommodate the needs of the client.. Package options can include a host of activities including hot air ballooning, golf with professionals, fly fishing, but to name a few.

All dietary requirements are catered for on request.

Take in the sights, sounds and tranquility of the midlands on our walking trails or on horseback. A range of treatments are offered at our on site health and beauty studio.

Picnics and guided walks in the reserve by prior arrangement. Woodridge has five natural springs which rise on the property. A walk to the falls is a must.

Resident game include Zebra, Ostrich, Blesbuck, Wildebeest, Duiker, Reedbuck and Oribi.
