Brookdale Health Hydro offers a choice of two all-inclusive packages. The first is the Standard 6-night stay, which commences from between 14:00 pm – 15:30 pm on Sunday and concludes before 10:00 am on Saturday. This package offers an incomparable deal, and includes complete accommodation, access to essential facilities such as the sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, heated outdoor pool and gym. You are treated to informative talks and exercise classes, and can avail of three Swedish body massages, as well as one aromatherapy body massage and one back massage. Also experience one mini-facial and a reviving session of reflexology.

Brookdale Health Hydro’s 3 night stay begins between 14:00 pm – 15:30 pm on Sunday and ends before 10:00 am on Wednesday, or from between 13:30 pm – 14:00 pm Wednesday to before 10:00 am on Saturday. This package includes all the facilities available at the Six Night Package, the only difference being that you may avail of one Swedish body massages, one back massage, one mini-facial and one session of reflexology. The accommodation at Brookdale Health Hydro offers its guests exclusive use of the steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi, heated outdoor pool and exercise equipment, and every guest may take part in the exercise classes offered.

Brookdale Health Hydro features en-suite rooms which are exquisitely furnished, and guests are provided with electric blankets and heaters to create a warm, cozy ambience in winter. While there are no direct telephone lines in the rooms, a communal telephone room is available so that you may make and receive calls.

The accommodation consists of the following types of rooms: Standard Rooms, Standard Rooms with television, Semi-Luxury Rooms (larger and with a television), Luxury Suites (spacious rooms with TV, fireplace, private spa bath, veranda and lounge space), and Executive Suites (private, luxurious rooms with separate lounge, fireplace, DSTV, and tea-making facilities, as well as a spa bath, separate balcony with a view of the forest, air-conditioned bedroom and a separate bathroom with shower).

Brookdale Health Hydro offers well-balanced and rejuvenating meals designed around the Nutrifit eating plan which is recommended by the Heart Foundation. While our meals are low-fat, they are more than sufficient in both quantity and quality. While there are no stringent prohibitives at Brookdale Health Hydro, alcohol and coffee are prohibited to restore your health, and there are special smoking areas. Our motto is exercise now, and keep illness away! Did you know that as little as 30 minutes of exercise a day is needed to keep you fit and happy? Brookdale Health Hydro’s Personal Fitness Consultant is available to determine your needs in designing an exercise programme or gym workout. Each day begins with an optional forest walk, followed by Aquacise or Step and Strength classes which are suitable for all fitness levels. Guests may also avail of our exceptional relaxation classes.
