There are 68 spacious, room/chalets of which 30 are single rooms, with an en-suite bathroom, private entrance and garden, 18 spacious double chalets, en-suite, private entrance and garden, 18 twin chalets and 2 family chalets consisting of 2 bedrooms, a lounge, kitchenette, private entrance and garden. Each of these rooms are air-conditioned and have electronic door locks, satellite TV and a telephone. The hotel also offers golf carts to transport guests to their chalets and open parking.

You have a choice of four exquisite dining facilities, the Rivers Restaurant for the more formal dining, Folozi Lapa area for outdoor informal dining, Inkosi Bar and Sundowner deck for a romantic drink while you watch the sun setting. The Umfolozi River hotel also offers conference facilities seating up to 400 people in school-room style as well as banqueting facilities(for weddings, cocktail parties or launches) seating up to 240 people.
