Take the N4 past Witbank, and at Middleburg turn right and take the N11 to Ermelo
 
From Johannesburg (N2 South)
• Take the N2 South, past Oogies, Bethal, Piet Retief, Pongola and Mkuze.
• Stay on the N2 until you reach the Hluhluwe Village / Sodwana Bay off-ramp
• Take the Hluhluwe Off-ramp and turn left towards Hluhluwe Village.
• At the first traffic circle (± 3.5km form N2) keep left. Protea Hotel Hluhluwe & Safaris is the second entrance on your left

 From Durban (N2 North)
• Take the N2 North, past Stanger, Richards Bay, Empangeni, Mtubatuba, Charters Creek, and Bushlands.
• Stay on the N2 until you reach the Hluhluwe Village / Sodwana Bay off-ramp
• Take the Hluhluwe off-ramp and turn right towards Hluhluwe Village.
