Fourwinds Bed and Breakfast

Fourwinds is probably the oldest farm house built on the largest piece of flat land in Winterskloof, five minutes from Hilton and has been the family home of Dennis & Jill Bailey-Edkins and their three sons Jono, Daniel and Mark for some 20 years.

Fourwinds Courtyard B&B/ Guest House is two family units with separate entrance that comfortably accomodates up to 8 guests. Guests can choose to self-cater or book breakfast. Evening meals are provided on request too.

Situated at the start of the Midlands Meander, Fourwinds is perfectly positioned for easy access to Howick, Hilton and Pietermaritzburg. We are a popular rest stop for parents of children at Hilton College, St Annes, Cowan House and for schools in the city. A home from home for a family reunion. Business people find Fourwinds a restful and cooler stopover the night before meetings in the city. With Durban an easy hour away Fourwinds is the perfect place to spend a night en-route. The property is five minutes from Hilton, fifteen from Pietermaritzburg, so a favourtie site for both the Comrades Marathon, the Durban classic, Amashovashova, the Hilton Art's Festival and the Midmar Mile.
