Mdoni Park is conveniently situated near the fabulous business centre of Eshowe. No other town anywhere in South Africa could blend in so organically into its own environment as the gorgeous Eshowe has. The refreshing climate and lush environment has always lured human habitation and a total of 4 Zulu kings have settled here.

Mdoni Park consists of 8 spectacularly decorated twin-bed bedrooms, of which 5 are en-suite, set in a secure complex. Each of the rooms have a ceiling fan, television and coffee/tea making facilities. The rooms are freshly decorated and offer plenty of comfort.

A fabulous breakfast is served in the spacious dining room or out on the fabulous balcony which overlooks the park-like setting with shady trees, cycads and palms. There are some great restaurants nearby serving delicious lunches and dinners.

There is definitely an abundance of great watersport opportunities that will suit everyone. Zululand is non other than a fisherman's paradise where anglers have a variety of spots to choose from. The beaches are excellent for deep sea and surf fishing. The main venues to catch the fresh water fish would be inland in the awesome Eshowe area. Visitors can look out for the spectacular 605 bird species and enjoy the surroundings where they nest. Other activities includes hiking on the trails around Umlalazi Nature Reserve.
