The cottage has tiled floors throughout, and a warm and inviting ambiance. Sink into the sofa in the open-plan lounge area while watching a show on the PVR satellite television, or just sit back and enjoy listening to music on the DVD-player. When hunger calls, step into the quaint fully equipped kitchen leading from the lounge area, and cook a delicious meal for loved ones. The lovely kitchen is fitted with granite counter tops, stainless steel oven / hob, large fridge / freezer, and a microwave for added convenience.

Enjoy wonderful entertaining occasions on the marvellous patio entertainment area accessed via sliding doors and furnished with patio furniture and large sun umbrella. Have a barbeque on the kettle barbeque and watch the young ones dive into the sparkling rock pool or catch some sun while lounging around. The Curl Cottage is a secure establishment with electronic access and parking for 2 vehicles.

Open plan lounge/kitchen with laminated wood floors, leather lounge suite and granite counters.Stainless steel gas stove, dishwasher, side by side fridge/freezer and microwave. Kitchen fully equipped with washing machine. Bathroom has a shower and spa bath. Full PVR satellite with DVD and 32 inch flat screen. Sliding door opens on to rock pool with a stainless steel kettle braai. One undercover parking and 1 open bay, a 3rd car can be parked in tandem all secure behind an electronic gate.
