Set amongst the Perissa village which overlooks the Santorini semi-private beach is a full self-catering 3 bedroom Mediterranean styled penthouse, main en-suite (king bed), second bedroom (queen), third bedroom (twin beds) beautifully furnished villa.
This is by far the best penthouse situated in Santorini. The lounge and main bedroom opens up onto a large and very private patio with 230 degree views and breathtaking coastal views in both directions. The unit comfortably sleeps maximum 6 persons. The unit flooring is tiled except for the bedrooms which has laminated flooring. All linen is provided (except for bath and beach towels) and is serviced daily with the exception of Sundays and Public holidays. The unit has ducted air-conditioning to all rooms during the hotter summer months.
The granite kitchen boasts beautifully equipped cupboards with dishwasher, tumble drier, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. The unit boasts wood finishes and a wall mounted 42" flat screen is found in the lounge with DSTV decoder (own smart card required). The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob and is open plan leading onto a large balcony with stunning sea-views.
A Weber braai (BBQ) and satellite dish/decoder has been provided for your enjoyment. The Perissa pool is situated close by and a secure garage is provided for your vehicle. A 50 metre walk to the semi-private beach or enjoy a 5-minute secure meander to Thompson's Bay (with lifeguards) and the infamous Charlie's Olympic sized tidal pool and in-house tennis court.
Just 2 hours away you can experience an African safari boasting the big 5 in their natural habitat in the popular Umfolozi National Park. Durban is a mere 30 minute drive and the famous Gateway shopping centre is a short drive away. Scuba diving, microlighting and 4 wheeler quad trails are all found close by for your enjoyment. There is a large selection of top class local restaurants for you to choose to dine at, choosing from traditional Indian curry to fresh sea food caught that day. Or maybe you choose to light a traditional braai ( BBQ ) on the patio and enjoy the views.

Rates range from R550.00 to R2500.00 per night depending on the season and number of people. Please advise us of your requirements so that we can give you the applicable rate.

50% deposit secures your booking.
Balance payable van be deposited 10 days prior to arrival.
A refundable breakage's fee is required when booking.
