This groundfloor full frontal seaview, beachfront apartment is situated absolutely on the beach with direct access to the 3km promenade and well known grannies pool. This gem is situated at 3 Le Roc and has a large elevated patio with barbeque/braai facilities and patio furniture for lazy days and balmy nights. A barefoot walk onto the sand!

The three bedroom self catering apartment is well equipped. The main bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, basin and toilet. The main bedroom has seaview and leads onto the patio via a sliding door. Also has a lock up safe.

The second bedroom has a queen bed. And the third bedroom has two single beds. These two bedrooms are serviced by a second bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet and washing machine.

Linen is provided but please bring your own beach and bath towels.

The living area is open plan with fully equipped granite kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, crockery and cutlery to serve six persons.

The comfortable lounge area has TV and is DSTV connected, with full bouquet, no smart card required. The dining table seats six persons with comfort. A sliding door leads you from the lounge onto the patio with patio furniture, where you can sip sundowners, see and smell the Indian Ocean.

There is covered parking for one vehicle and additional visitors parking. Access to the complex is by remote control. Cleaning service everyday except for Sundays and public holidays. Ballito holidays is all about enjoying the sun, the warm, clear water of the Indian Ocean and the endless beaches, bays and pools. The swimming beaches have life guards and shark nets for your protection. The Ballito tidal pool caters for all with two different size pools. They are well maintained and home to a wide variety of sea life.

The main beach, Willards is within walking distance, an easy stroll on the promenade. Schools of playful dolphins are frequently sighted in the warm Indian Ocean, surfing along this beautiful stretch of coastline. Ballito is a small bustling, modern town nestled between the rolling sugar cane hills and the warm Indian Ocean of Kwa Zulu Natal South Africa, situated 30 min north of Durban and 12 min from King Shakas International Airport.

Glittering natural assets abound have not gone unnoticed by local and global investors and the area has attracted billions in tourism projects. An easy 2 hour drive north allows you to visit the Big Five that include the Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Park, Phinda and the iSimangaliso Wetland Park, a World Heritage site. "Ushaka" Marine World and Water Park with heated water is a must to visit.
