The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The main bedroom opens onto the patio with stunning sea views. The lounge has a TV, DVD and full DSTV.
This entire apartment has ducted air-conditioning. The dining room has an 6 seater dining room table. There is also another enclosed sun-lounge before you walk onto the patio where there is a braai, and full 180 degrees sea view. The fully equipped kitchen has stove, fridge / freezer, microwave, washing machine.
There is one under-cover parking for your vehicle, as well as extra guest parking. This apartment is suitable for toddlers and wheelchairs. You are required to bring your own beach & bath, hand towels.

We loved our stay in this unit with our two small children. The unit is very spacious and well equipped with everything you need. The beach can be directly accessed from the complex and you have a beautiful view of the ocean directly from the balcony and bedroom. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
The high rental cost of this unit is predominantly based on its excellent location.
The owner has almost all of the wardrobes in the non-master bedroom set aside for their exclusive use, which doesn't leave enough for a family.
The kitchen has minimal utensils (no working braai tongs?!).
And the unit could generally do with some maintenance as the fixtures are quite tired.
Not commensurate with the rates being charged unfortunately.

i would reccommend as many people as possible. accommodation is situated on the beach and hospitality is very good when dealing with the agents.

we stayed at 2 Skiathos over new year and the first week of January 2011. This stunning apartment is right on the beach and is the perfect venue for a family holiday with big and small kids.

I loved the Ballito Lifestyle Market with its relaxed holiday vibe. Ballito is a short drive from Durban making it easily accessible for an impromptu weekend away.
