I have stayed at 19 Casablanca on two different occasions and have found the accommodation very satisfying. It is located in an ideal area on the beach front with the living area resembling a neat room with a sense of warmth. The bedrooms are spacious with all necessary amenities. The only annoyance I experienced was parking arrangements. A lock up garage and visitors parking is available per unit. Should a neighbor utilise the visitors parking which is situated in such a way that it becomes difficult to utilise the parking bay allocated to your unit.

Briefly, I would strongly recommend 19 Casablanca, especially if you are looking for home away from home. Dealing with the owners was an absolute pleasure. What lovely pet friendly accommodation!!!!

A fantastic weekend at Casablanca
I would highly recommend spending a weekend at 19 Casablanca Beach Penthouse. It is luxurious, tranquil but close to all amenities. Excellent value for money.

Heavenly Holiday
We had a wonderful holiday at 19 Casablanca and found the accomm to be very nice. I was glad my children are older than 3yrs as all the staircases might have proven a bit hazardous for them. However, on the whole we had a lovely time and the unit catered for all of our needs. The lady who cleaned the unit was very pleasant and was so nice to deal with. Tim and Doreen are also easy to deal with and nice people. An overall very successful holiday with lovely beach days spent at the swimming beaches a stones throw from our accomm. We will definitely be back.

Immaculate Penthouse
This well equiped penthouse has a seaview, you can watch the dolphins from your patio. It is in an immaculate condition and beautifully furnished. We had a wonderful stay!

incredible stay
We had a carefree enjoyable time.Very professional staff from the first contact. The apartment was spacious, light and clean. Very well equipped and modern. Loved the paintings. incredible seaview with dolhins playing in the surf.

Immaculate self-catering with easy access to main beachfront
This unit is in pristine condition. Fully self-catering and serviced every day by friendly staff. You can watch the dolphins from the large patio and it has easy access to main beachfront. What a bonus, what a lovely relaxing holiday!

I love Casablanca
What an amazing stay. This is one of the best apartments that I have had the pleasure of staying in. Everything was provided and it is great to see an apartment that the owners have taken great pride in and focused on guests. Cant wait for my next trip.

OUTSTANDING HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION!
This charming three bed 2 bath triplex unit on popular Willards Beach in Ballito is clean - modern
comfortable and cozy!
There are three different patios on three different
levels - so never do you feel overcrowded if your whole famely is with you - it remains private!
The lounge - dining room and kitchen are openplan
and ideal for preparing a gourmet meal!!There is a superb pool in the complex and the popular beach is
right there! All in place to enjoy a fabulous holiday!

Holiday To Remember
I spent a fantastic holiday with my family at the Casablanca and will recommend to all my family and friends (whitch I already did), it is charmingly comfortable, peaceful, and safe, great get away for the whole family we only have fond memories, truely a gem will definately return for holidays,

Holiday Bliss
The feeling of waking to the smell and sound of the ocean are indescribable, and opening your eyes in the morning to such a wonderful view of it too.
What a lovely apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the beach penthouse was well equipped with everything we needed .
The pool area was lovely too. When we had enough of the sand and sea water we just moved to the swimming pool.
The best part of the swimming pool was lying by it and overlooking the beach.
Thank you so much to Doreen and Tim for their kindness.
We will definitely be back for a longer stay .

Ballito Experience
The stay was great,Cassablanca 19 is a well layed out accomodation facility and I will gladly stay there again if I ever visit Ballito again.The rooms were serviced every day when we were out and about,which ment we were never desturbed.Beautiful sights and surrroundings,absolutely a must.

Home away from home
On arrival at this beautifully furnished triplex penthouse, I was extremely surprised that I did not want to start washing dishes, pull off all the linen and replace with my own. The main bedroom has all the convenience of a hotel room and is the perfect setting for those wonderful romantic evenings whilst the children and tucked comfortably into their own beds. The triplex not only caters for the comforts of adults but for the children as well. The bonus being not having to go and find a laudromat to do your washing and not having to do dishes, make beds or wash floors in a self catering facility made my stay even better.

Fantastic
We had a fantastic stay at 19 Casablanca. Right on the beach with stunning views from all the balconies. Very clean and the unit has everything you need for self catering.

Holiday stay
We had a very good experience, accomodation was excellent and good value for money. Made to feel very welcome by the owners. We got more than we expected, and will go back next time we want a holiday in that part of the country

What a Super Awesome place to visit!!!
What a Super Awesome place to visit. I wasn't really sure what to expect even though I read the reviews and saw the pictures on the internet. I made my booking which was effort less. Upon arrival I was really impressed the place was squeaky clean, nothing out of place. The Unit gets cleaned every day except Sundays. This really helps you to unwind. The lady that cleaned the unit makes you feel at home instantly and it feels if I had known her all my life. The Unit is right on the beach with easy beach access. The pool is really Super Clean. Everyone was super nice. The place is safe and your car can fit into the garage unlike other units I have visited before in Umhlanga. The unit is well stocked with everything you need for self catering. I will recommend this Unit to anyone. I will surely return. I was lucky to have this unit for 11 days and I can honestly say that I didn’t have one problem with the unit or with the owners.
What a Super Awesome place to visit!!! Believe me the pictures on the site looks amazing but wait until you get there, you will soon find that it looks much better.
I was very impressed.
I can’t wait to return for another visit.

Fabulous
I loved it and would recommend this place anytime. What a position what a view! The apartment is right on the beach, and so is the complex's swimming pool!! Accomodation very comfortable, very clean and central. I will be back.

Great
I did not stay at 19 Casablanca but however stayed at 32 Malibu, Beverly Hills. This property is owned by the same people. Casablanca was unavailable but the owners were more that helpfull getting me set up in an alternative place for my holiday. The place was clean and everything was well organised. I will definately consider staying there in the future!

Great place on the coast!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed and our hosts Tim & Doreen Coetzee were really very good to deal with and ensured that we were most comfortable. The unit was serviced every day, making our holiday a hassle free experience. The property is ideally located and close of all main attractions on the lower KZN North Coast. Thanks again for a really enjoyable stay!
