In immaculate condition due to total refurbishment this triplex penthouse offers you granite kitchen open plan living and patio with seaview. Also offers you six seater dining room. The granite kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and crockery to serve 6 people. Also LCD TV, DSTV dual view (no card required).

The main bedroom is spacious(double bed) with ceiling fan, bar fridge, kettle and 37" LCD TV, DSTV with dual view (no card required). Main bedroom opens onto large patio with two relaxing loungers overlooking the sea. Big shower, toilet and basin completes this level. The middle floor has two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds both leading onto patio with seaviews. Bathroom completes this floor. Secure pool and braai area in complex. The apartment includes a lock-up garage and exstra parking for additional vehicles. Also serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. Please bring your own bath and beach towels.
