10 LaMer

10 La Mer is an upmarket 3 bedroom unit ideally situated in the front row overlooking the Ballito promenade. This self-catering duplex has upmarket tasteful furnishings and sleeps maximum 6 persons. There is one bathroom with shower downstairs and another bathroom with bath upstairs. The main bedroom has a king bed, the second room has a queen and the third has twin single beds.

The upper landing has a air-conditioner and ceiling fans. The downstairs fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and comes with a dishwasher, double-door fridge as well as a microwave.

It also has an automated garage leading into the dining-room area. There is also an extra open visitors parking.

This unit is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. This unit is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer.

There is a video machine and a satellite dish with a DStv decoder, (however you are required to bring your own smart card).

All linen is provided except for bath and beach towels.

The garden has a gate which has direct access onto the Ballito promenade, rock pools and Clarks bay public beach with life-guards.

LaMer is within easy walking distance to your local Spar, Spur, ATM, hairdresser, Beauty Spa, pubs and restaurants.
